The approval may have gone into a spam folder. First, try and log into the site with the username and password you created on your application. If you are able to login, you were approved and are ready to campaign.

If your fundraiser is still active and the deadline has not passed, you are able edit on your organizer homepage. Organizers can no longer edit once the deadline has passed - If you want to extend an expired fundraiser, please contact fundraising@hbham.com.
No. The original title is what is used to create your fundraiser link. We recommend you make it short and easy to remember, then go back and edit it to a longer version once the link is created.

We offer free ground shipping on all orders. If you wish to receive the cards sooner, there are also two-day air and next-day air shipping options for additional charges.
Cards are shipped directly to the customer who made the purchase to the shipping address they entered.
A check will be sent to the address entered by the organizer 3-4 weeks after the fundraiser has ended.
When purchasing cards, the customer has the option to write in a “beneficiary” this is where they would name the child they are supporting.

There are a variety of ways to promote the fundraiser. Sharing and sending on the internet is the easiest and fastest way, but you can also copy the link from your organizer home page and put it on flyers to hand out door to door. The supporter would then have to type the link into their web browser to get to the homepage and contribute.
Yes, if you'd prefer, you could still create an order form and collect orders. You would place one bulk order with one credit card. Then, all the gift cards will get shipped together to the one shipping address of the person who made the bulk purchase. We do not accept cash or checks as payment.
